Kariobangi Sharks, Muluya laments on lack of concentration

AFRICA, Kenya- Kariobangi Sharks head coach William Muluya has lamented on lack of concentration in the 2-1 defeat against Kenya Premier League rivals Mathare United.
Kevin Kimani opener and Daniel Otieno goals gave Mathare the go-ahead goals with Daniel Sakari netting for Muluya charges.
“It was a disappointing first half but after the restart, we worked well because you could see the punch that we exhibited. We lost the match in the first half, had we pushed ourselves well and managed our concentration maybe we could have won it,” he said.
However, Muluya was happy with his new signings, Derrick Onyango, from Wazito, came on for John Omondi while Patrick Otieno for the injured Julius Masaba.
“I’m their coach so I believe they worked well and for them to play, it means they have showed effort in training during the week. Above all, its teamwork and sometimes things might not work for you but whoever comes in and plays is important.”
