Mourinho on Southampton bust up “I was rude to an idiot.”

EUROPE- Tottenham Hotspurs manager Jose Mourinho has claimed that his yellow card against Southampton for a scuffle with members was deserved but “was rude to an idiot” in a 1-0 defeat in the English Premier League.
Mourinho was shown a yellow card by referee Mike Dean for his conduct after appearing to sneak peek at their tactics on a piece of paper, sparking a negative reaction from the Southampton bench.
The Portuguese tactician speaking after the match said: “I think the yellow card is fair because I was rude, but I was rude to an idiot.”
Spurs were dealt a blow with Tanguy Ndombele and striker Harry Kane coming off injured after having a goal disallowed in the attempt but Jose was non-committal to the extent of the injury.
“Harry Kane plays every minute, he plays all the time. It might be big, it might be small. For sure he will be out,” he added.
“Tanguy Ndombele, I don’t know. I imagine this is the tenth injury of the season. They stop him to play. It doesn’t give him continuity. We had three days between matches.”
Southhampton Danny Ings seventeenth minute winner gave the home side the three points with the Lily whites boss focussed on working on the team after the third game without a win.
“It was quite a strange game. We had no problems defensively. They didn’t create great problems. He summarised.
“We see the bad result today which is the continuity of the last year. For 12 months, it has been very difficult to get results away from home.
“The work is not about buying, it is about working with the players on the pitch.”
