Arsenal linked Brendan Rodgers sends message to Leicester fans

ENGLAND-Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has hinted that he’s focussed on the Foxes after emerging as the favourite for the Arsenal job after his side went second with a last-minute winner against Everton.
Kelechi Iheanacho came in the second half and turned the Foxes fortunes setting up Jamie Vardy and sealing the win in stoppage time after Everton had taken an early lead from Richarlison.
“Listen, there probably is (a clause) in most manager’s contracts. Rodgers told Sky Sports.
“Most managers’ contracts will have something in that, but for me, my only concentration is on Leicester.”
But in subsequent interviews, he reaffirmed his dedication to City, who moved back into second place following Kelechi Iheanacho’s 94th-minute winner.
“My focus is very much here with Leicester,” he said. “The club has been first class with me. The project feels very exciting with a lot of development ahead.
“Yeah, I’m very much [here to stay]. I left a club eight and a half months ago and that was a change I made to come to a club with ambition. And it is a huge challenge here to break into the top six. I’ve loved every minute since I’ve come here. We’ve got work to do but I’m excited.”
