Arsenal target Yannick Carrasco “clubs have not forgotten my name”

Belgian and Dalian Yifang midfielder Yannick Carrasco has claimed that clubs are interested in him as he seeks to return to European football in the winter market.

The former Monaco and Atletico winger was on target and an assist in Belgium’s 6-1 victory over Cyprus, said European clubs have not forgotten his name with Arsenal linked last summer with a move to the Emirates.

“The clubs have not forgotten my name because in the end it is only two years that I have been in China and I have played in big clubs in Europe. But it is true that matches like this are always good for clubs to see that not because you go to China you lose everything, ”said the player after Belgium’s victory

Carrasco celebrated that Belgium qualification achieving an unbeaten run winning all their games with ten victories in the ten matches ahead of Russia. 

“We have made a good game in the collective having won here, at home, 6-1 in front of our fans in the last game of the year and time we see only in March,” added the player in Spanish in the mixed zone.
