Monaco in comeback draw but Jardim unimpressed with performance

AS Monaco improvement continued extending their unbeaten run to five games coming back from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Angers SCO in Ligue 1 at Stade Raymond-Kopa with Leonardo Jardim unimpressed with style of play.
Angers opened the scoring through Flavien Tait amazing run from deep inside their half running past several players and getting lucky as his first attempted shot fell perfectly for him to shot past the keeper’s legs.
Tait was at it again in on 45 minutes this time the ball rebounding on his path at this feet on the edge of the box and fired a low shot into the bottom right corner.
Monaco struck back four minutes after the half time break as Falcao latches on to a precise through pass deep inside the box from Aleksandr Golovin and fire into the back of the net.
The comeback was completed with Falcao scoring from the penalty spot after Ismael Traore brought down Carlos Vinicius with ten minutes of regular play.

“After a while, we took 10 points from four games, the squad, and me neither, because we are all together, did not arrive, in the first period, to keep the concentration and maintain our intensity, with fast play, with a little more aggressiveness.
“At half-time, I told the players that it was not our DNA, that I wanted a different attitude, with more quick play, of dynamism, more speed and in the second period they played very well and we got to take a point.
“Glad because after a 2-0 here it’s not easy to do 2-2. But disappointed not to have made a first period more intense. ”
