Mark Noble extends contract with West Ham

13 December 2018 -West Ham have taken up the option to extend captain Mark Noble’s contract, until 2021 with his contract set to expire in 2020.

Speaking about his new deal, Mark Noble told West Ham’s official website: “It was an option in my contract that I signed a few years ago now, and it’s an extra year, which is fantastic for me and my family.

“I’ve been at this club all my life – I’ve always said I wanted to be at this club and I think we’re moving in the right direction, so it was the right time to do it.”

Manuel Pellegrini has been speaking in his post-match press conference today about Mark Noble‘s new contract at West Ham said.

“I think his new contract is very positive for him and for the club,”he said. “Mark has made a big career here and I think he deserves the chance to finish his career here too.

He knows about this club. In the dressing room, I think it’s important for new players who arrive to have him. He is a very important player for West Ham and he demonstrates that every game for me.”
