Tusker return to winning ways,KCB move out of relegation zone

Tusker won their first game after a two-game winless streak with KCB moving out of the relegation zone with a draw at Western Stima and Vihiga were held to a draw by Nzoia Sugar in the Kenya premier league.

Tusker were 2-1 winners over Chemelil Sugar with the ‘millers’ opening the scoreline in the first half on 25 minutes through Biko Tindi with a header from a corner take to gift the away team the lead but were pegged back through Michael Madoya 41st minute equaliser and Boniface Muchiri netting on 81 minutes.

Elsewhere  Vihiga United were held by Nzoia Sugar to a barren draw at the Bukhungu Stadium with the home side drawing the fourth game in a row while their opponents drew their third game in a row.

Western Stima were also held to a stalemate against KCB who moved out of the relegation zone and are a point ahead of Posta Rangers in the sportpesa premier league.
