KCB ten men hold to draw in KPL

Nairobi- KCB held on to a draw with ten mean against cash strapped Vihiga United in the Sportpesa Kenya premier league at the Machakos, Kenyatta Stadium.

Vihiga almost took the lead from Steven Wakhanya, who hit the woodwork but went down five minutes later as Shami Kibwana shot to beat Adisa Omar in goal on the right side of the net but were pegged back as Wakhanya struck from close range to fire past Omar before the Bankers were reduced to 10 men on 63 minutes but held on for a share of the spoils.

KCB following the draw have six points in 16th position and face Western Stima away in their next KPL action while Vihiga have 8 points and host Nzoia Sugar in the KPL next round of the Sportpesa premier league

KCB XI: Adisa Omar, Shami Kibwana, Dennis Ng’ang’a, Michael Mutinda, Gabriel Mugabo, Michael Kibwage, Brian Ochieng, Bethuel Warambo, Bolton Omwenga, Kennedy Owino (Hammady Muratabose), Benson Amianda (Ezekiel Odera).
