Ulinzi pegged back in 2-2 draw against Sofapaka

Ulinzi Stars had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Sofapaka after mounting a comeback and taking the lead before  Batoto Ba Mungu rescued a point in the KPL at Afraha Stadium, Nakuru.

Gor Mahia target Dennis Odhiambo opened the scoring for Sofapaka after a floated cross to the back post to lob the Ulinzi keeper Saruni and take the lead before the break.

The Military side levelled and went ahead from a double by Enosh Ochieng heading the first on 64 minutes and four minutes later struck from the back post from a cross to give Dunstan Nyaudo side the lead.

John Avire however, was to have the last say equalising on 74 minutes for Melis Medo’s side with a header to bring the thrilling game square with the forward squandering other chances late on to win the game.
